Working with Mike was a pleasure. I traveled 80 miles to purchase the specific E-Bike that I was in search of since Mike was one of few Elite Aventon dealers in our (sort of) area, and quite literally the only one with ample stock. Due to my traveling so far and being new to the E-Bike world, I had plenty of questions ahead of my appointment to test ride and hopefully purchase my very first E-Bike. As I researched over the preceding weeks ahead of my appointment, I naturally had more and more questions. Each time I emailed Mike with inquiries (which was many, haha), he was quick to respond and very thorough and helpful with his correspondence. I was grateful for his patience and willingness to share as much of his knowledge as possible along my journey of discovery which led me to ultimately purchase my Aventon Pace 500 Step-Through. I added several accessories which he mostly had in stock, and what he didn't have on hand, he ordered and had installed ahead of my appointment which included: a Nantucket handlebar basket (super cute - adds the perfect feminine touch), fenders, front and rear lights, and a suspension seat-post and cloud 9 cruiser saddle for ultimate comfort (he actually waited to install the upgraded seat-post and saddle until the time of my appointment which I assume was to allow me to feel the difference before making the decision to upgrade - I felt that to be thoughtful and considerate especially since they weren't just a couple of bucks to upgrade). Lastly and probably less importantly, Mike's shop was very clean and felt welcoming and very ma and pa like. My husband being a second generation family owned business owner, we find great pleasure in supporting "one man show" businesses when we come across them.
